Return policy
In line with UK distance selling laws, you have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch or return your order after receipt, in good order and unused, within 14 days. Unless goods are faulty, you will be responsible for the return postage.* Please notify us immediately if you decide to return your product and include your invoice in the package. We recommend return by tracked post - parcels will be acknowledged as returned on receipt by us. Once the returns are inspected and accepted, you will be refunded via your original payment method. In cases of cancellation, please notify us by email, including your order number and from the email address used to place your order. Orders are considered cancelled upon acknowledgement from Kitty’s Herbery, and cancellation must happen prior to dispatch of your order.
*In cases of refused parcels, the courier will make a charge for returning the parcel. This charge will be passed on to you, as it will be considered return postage.
